The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our Government Training team in Hazelwood, MO.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 and Senior Level 5 Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.
Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.
Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.
Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.
Prepares and executes negotiated documents.
Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Manages contract terminations.
Develops organization and company improvement plans.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment
3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
3+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Strategic Agreements
Experience with Teaming Agreements

Summary pay range (Senior Level 4): $110,500.00 - $149,500.00
Summary pay range (Senior Level 5): $138,550.00 - $187,450.00
