**Job Title:** **Senior** **Process Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining plastics manufacturing equipment. This role involves training new hires on maintenance and setup-related duties, as well as assisting in the creation of training manuals and schedules for process technicians.
Responsibilities
+ Set up, adjust, and maintain plastics manufacturing equipment.
+ Train new hires on maintenance and setup-related job duties.
+ Help create training manuals and schedules for process technicians.
+ Minimize downtime on manufacturing equipment by performing troubleshooting and adhering to preventative maintenance schedules.
+ Communicate with team members to schedule and complete maintenance repairs in a timely manner.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting plastics manufacturing equipment.
+ Experience with plastic injection molding.
+ Strong background in maintenance of plastics manufacturing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Any education and/or certifications related to the maintenance and manufacturing industry is a bonus.

The work environment is a climate-controlled facility with primary hours on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Climate controlled facility. Opportunity for pay raises are based on attendance & performance.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Lees Summit,MO.
