About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in achieving zero defects, reducing waste, and enhancing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvements to achieve zero defects, waste, and losses in factory operationsDrive initiatives to enhance production efficiency and line stabilityPrioritize and eliminate key losses using AM, PM, FI Pillar, and continuous improvement methodologiesApply improvement methods by providing technical training and coaching to line teamsImplement Cost Deployment using data from the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code (MMP Code)Validate all process improvements and establish revised basic conditions on the lineCoordinate with production teams for data collection, analysis, and support semi-autonomous team transitionsLead or participate in transformation and automation projects, collaborating with external suppliersProvide real-time information to enable quick decision-making and resource optimization

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus)5–8 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, or similar roleProven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives in manufacturingStrong background in continuous improvement programs such as Lean, TPM, WCM, Six Sigma, AM, PM, Quality, and FI toolsExperience as a Project Management team leader in manufacturing is a plusHands-on experience in FMCG manufacturing processes and technologyFamiliarity with FMCG concepts, practices, and proceduresKnowledge of statistics and process control toolsDemonstrated technical expertise across site processes and linesStrong engineering leadership credentials with a track record of eliminating loss and waste on major projects
