This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability;Participatein the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
+ Own the technology and process andcenterlinesettings for the equipment and process and has deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; own the Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with CenterlineManagement systems; owns the Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
+ Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and builds capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
+ Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
+ Assistin VSU for the new initiatives and enables the VSU team; help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of thecomponent categories and will be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

+ Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, plannedmaintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
+ The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
+ The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line,deployingand managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development
The Process Engineer play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining manufacturing or operational line processes through mastering loss analysis and loss eradication tools. This position is responsible for improving process flows, reducing variability, and ensuring reliable, high-performance outputs in a structured, integrated work environment. The ideal process engineer drives both technical improvements and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and quality at every stage of production.

+ Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

+ Monitor andanalyzeline performance metrics toidentifybottlenecks, reduce equipment effectiveness losses and material losses through systemic Loss Elimination.
+ Ensure alignment of line processes with ERP/MESsystems and other digital platforms to enable real-time tracking, reporting, and automation.
+ Vertical Start Up of new initiatives
+ Owns Productivity cycle in the line & deliver productivity improvement projects with excellence.
+ Improve cost through systemic Loss Elimination,Identifyandeliminatelosses
+ Building and growing High Performing Teams in his line(s)/area
+ Coach and develop the Line teams
+ Work with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement and sustain high-performance workflows.
+ Own Loss Intelligence, Loss eradication &CenterliningSWP in the line.
+ Create andmaintaindetailed process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, OPLs, and visual aids to support training and standardization.
+ Owns the Loss intelligence Process which includes the glidepath (initiatives vs expected resultsin a giventimeline) for equipment and material losses in the line of scope.
+ Lead Focused Improvement initiatives toidentifyandeliminatelosses, reduce cycle times, and improve yield (material Losses).
+ Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct problem solving using theappropriate toolsto address process failures and develop corrective & preventive actions.
+ Priority Setting through Daily Management System and effective escalation of issues.

**Education / Certifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), technical certification, or associate degree.
+ 2-3 years in current role + ready to promote + proven people leadership skills & capability.
+ 1-2 years in Process Engineer role with proven people leadership skills and capability.
+ Experience in TPM, Lean, 6Sigma and HPO concepts are not pre-requisitebut it is a plus
**Work schedule:**
+ Flexibility required to work any shift.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,640; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
