**Senior Process Engineer**
**Overview:**
We’re seeking an experienced **Senior Process Engineer** to lead complex process development initiatives and drive new commercialization projects. In this role, you’ll spearhead technology upgrades and high-impact process improvements for advanced incineration systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead strategic projects** from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
+ **Resolve technical challenges** by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
+ **Develop business cases** and commercialization strategies, including ROI analysis for new initiatives.
+ **Create and manage project plans** covering cost estimates, staffing, and progress tracking using sound project management principles.
+ **Oversee safety and compliance activities** , including MOCs, PHAs, PSSRs, and operating procedure development.
+ **Provide technical expertise** to operations, maintenance, and performance teams for optimal system functionality.
+ **Optimize production processes** by analyzing waste stream properties and feed patterns for incineration systems.
+ **Ensure regulatory compliance** with environmental permits and safety standards.
+ **Mentor and guide team members** , setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and reinforcing safety culture.
+ **Support business growth** through market analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** BS in Chemical Engineering or related discipline required.
+ **Experience:**
+ 10+ years as a process engineer or 2–3 years in a senior engineering role.
+ Hazardous waste industry experience preferred.
+ Supervisory experience and large capital project leadership strongly desired.
+ **Skills:**
+ Deep knowledge of process methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
