Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector has an opening for a Sr. Principal Systems Engineering & Integration Team (SEIT) Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.
The SEIT Lead manages a team of cross-disciplinary engineers and reports to the SEIT IPT’s Chief Engineer and Program Director. This role is responsible for providing technical direction, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical execution, and delivering objective-oriented leadership to the SEIT team.

Advanced STEM Degree.Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (e.g., Cameo or Rhapsody) to model large systems with multiple developers.Previous Systems Engineering leadership experience.Experience in the military aerospace development environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.Experience in training systems, training courseware, or training course development.Primary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
