The Advanced Responsive Capabilities Operating Unit (within the Space Security Business Unit and the Tactical Space Systems Division) is seeking a motivated and talented Resources, Operations, and Projects Lead (Senior Principal Project Manager) in support of the operating unit team. This position will reported directly to the Operating Unit Director and will be responsible for:
Workforce and resource planning, to include providing inputs to the division level
Team member on-boarding and off-boarding
Facility and infrastructure planning and provisioning
Create, maintain, and execute operations processes in support of program execution
Integrate, analyze, synthesize, and communicate task order performance data and metrics
Lead and execute the development, implementation and enhancement of operating policies, processes and procedures that affect the organization's short- and long-range goals and strategies
Plan and coordinate operations and special projects in multiple areas (e.g., short- to long-term planning, joint ventures, business development, internal communications, budgeting)
Diverse and varying responsibilities according to the organization's evolving and growing needs

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Operations and Projects or 6 years of related experience with a Master's Degree; or 4 years of related experience with a PhD.
Active TS SCI Security Clearance
Expert knowledge with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and/or SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Education and/or Relevant Certifications
Experience with Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and and/or systems.
Primary Level Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
