Responsibilities
Provide Consulting Services
Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements Conduct consulting sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables Provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areasProvide Sales / Account Management support
Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimationProvide Team and Operational Management
Participate, organize and facilitate regular Team Meetings Contribute to the hiring process by screening applications and interviewing candidates Serve as liaison with the rest of the GDC for work coordination and assignments Channel staff feedback to the local Practice Manager Enforce company policies and regulationsContribute to internal PS initiatives
Contribute to the solutions repository/best practices, knowledge share activities Participate in Subject Matter Expert programs Conduct Internal trainings on Subject Matter Expertise to filter out best practices Interface with other departments on product features/solutionsFocus on Continuing Education

Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaigns and Web presence Consulting experience with QuickBooks Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite Pre-sales consulting experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems Master’s degree or post graduate coursework preferred
Professional Experience
6+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting with a consulting firm or software provider 3+ years in a Consultant role implementing NetSuite full cycle
Promotion Criteria
Demonstrates advanced knowledge in at least 2 major areas of NetSuite functionality – i.e. ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, OpenAir Regularly exceeds personal utilization targets on a quarterly basis Exceeds Customer Reference Targets and Customer Satisfaction Survey Score Targets Contributes to internal PS Knowledge Share Active participant in NetSuite Mentoring Program Supports the Sales process as a PS Subject Matter Expert, with minimal guidance from Management Ability to lead a team of Consultants on large PS engagements
