Key Responsibilities:
o    Development & Administration:
    Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
    Administer the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.
o    Collaboration & Support:
    Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
    Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
    Mentor, train, and help upskill other team members within the power platform team.
    Deliver citizen developer training and lead office hours sessions with the citizen developer community
o    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.
    Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.
o    Documentation & Reporting:
    Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.
    Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect).

5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.

Experience with Co-Pilot Studio and other AI toolsets.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.

Experience with middleware tools for integrations is a big plus.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Experience with Power Platform environments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related processes.
