As a **Senior Power BI Developer,** you will be integral to supporting the data analytics and business intelligence initiatives within the organization. **Job Title:** Senior Power BI Developer
**Location:** Spring, TX - onsite
**Pay Range:** DOE
**What's the Job?**
+ Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
+ Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance BI solutions.
+ Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to optimize data models and ensure data accuracy.
+ Implement advanced DAX calculations, data modeling, and Power Query transformations to enhance reporting capabilities.
+ Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Expert-level experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
+ Strong proficiency in Power Query language and connecting Power BI to relational and cloud data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, or Snowflake.
+ Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
+ Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
