Where no two days are the same. **Job Description** About the job you’re considering • You will join Capgemini’s growing PLM Solutioning organization, partnering with a community of experts who shape next generation PLM strategies and presales engagements across North America. • You will collaborate closely with the PLM Solutioning organization to support high impact initiatives, helping design innovative and strategic PLM architectures for leading global clients. • You will work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and digital transformation, helping organizations modernize their product development processes. • You will have opportunities to contribute to major global proposals, influencing solutions for customers across North America and beyond. • You will operate in a client facing role where you advise executives, shape business outcomes, and represent Capgemini’s PLM capabilities with confidence and credibility. • You will engage with cross functional teams, including PLM presales, bid management, to co create compelling solutions that win deals and drive customer value. • You will be part of a culture that values innovation, design thinking, diversity of ideas, and continuous learning within the PLM and digital engineering landscape. **Your role** • Drive the development of bid and proposal solutions, ensuring the PLM architecture aligns with customer challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements. • Participate in PLM solutioning activities across North America in coordination with the Global Solutioning organization, bringing thought leadership, creativity, and problem solving expertise to each engagement. • Contribute to proposal design and writing by collaborating with bid teams, PLM presales, including proposals for global customers outside the U.S. • Ensure accurate and insightful deal qualifications by engaging directly with customers, understanding their expectations, and validating technical and business feasibility. • Support project delivery as a delivery executive or business/technical advisor, ensuring that the designed solution is effectively transitioned into execution. • Engage in presales activities such as discovery workshops, value definition, solution storytelling, and architectural reviews that strengthen Capgemini’s competitive position. • Foster innovation by sharing best practices, promoting digital transformation ideas, and contributing to the growth of the PLM solutioning community across the region. **Your skills and experience** • You bring strong expertise in PLM platforms and ecosystem technologies, combined with the ability to architect scalable end to end solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing clients. • You have a consulting mindset, skilled in problem framing, solution design, executive communication, and guiding customers through digital transformation journeys. • You excel in cognitive skills such as analytical thinking, decision making, and conceptual design, enabling you to translate business problems into actionable PLM architectures. • You demonstrate creativity and innovation, applying design thinking and industry best practices to craft compelling PLM, digital thread, and Industry 4.0 solutions. • You understand enterprise level processes across engineering, product development, and industrial design, enabling seamless integration of PLM with CAD/CAE, ERP, MES, and emerging technologies. • You have strong experience participating in presales engagements, proposal creation, and bid processes—communicating value, differentiators, and technical strengths clearly and persuasively. • You excel working in global, cross functional teams and are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and consulting environments. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: ($101,300 - $250,000) Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
