In your role as a Senior Platform Engineer you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customer by:

Designing and implementing new features and enhancements for continuous improvement of our cloud hosted solutionsDesign and implement a scalable, highly available and secure platformBuilding software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applicationsContinually be evaluating and improving our technology and processes to increase quality, decrease costs and improve time-to-marketArchitectural improvements on existing platform and development of our cloud hosted solutionsSupport the rapid delivery of prototypes and the creation of scalable productsDeveloping and documenting internal processes

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Must have 

Proven hands-on experience with deploying complex architectures using AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3Good understanding/experience of cloud design practices around load balancing, autoscaling, high availability, performance and disaster recoveryInfrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform and/or CloudFormationAutomation/Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef & PuppetExperience with setting up CI/CD pipelinesDeveloping in high level programming languages (preferably Python)Experience of the Software Development Life Cycle (source control, testing, code review, etc)Building and deploying containersBasic networking knowledge and debugging skillsExperience of Agile/Scrum methodologyAbility to troubleshoot and debug complex issuesAttention to detail, excellence and quality.A focus on personal achievement and responsibility.Passion to learn new skills and technologies.Ability to share knowledgeEnthusiasm and an open mindset.Can-do attitude.A passion to work for one of the fastest growing fraud prevention technologies in the world
