Job Description Summary

As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support People Services Operations and Talent Acquisition, advise the PS Advisors on day-to-day operational questions of the People function, as well as handling of escalations. Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the Senior PS Advisor supports the People function through development or processes mapping and SOPs as well as the training of new PS Advisors.

Job Description

Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreementsMaintain life-cycle & talent acquisition process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boardingFocus on complex tasks / projectsAdvise on escalationsSupport the training and development of PS advisors in the teamManages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global complianceCoordinates and supports local Talent Acquisition coordinationCarry out PS operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirementsResponsible for providing advanced operational and talent acquisition  support (reviewing timesheets and maintaining employee files; enter and update allocation changes)Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requestedSupporting projects and process improvements


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree2-4 years of working experience in similar role in PS ServicesFluent in English, both oral and writtenKnowledge of PS and Talent Acquisition processesConfident Microsoft Office usage, especially with ExcelGood time management and ability to prioritizeStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilienceExperience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
