Senior Partner Marketing Manager
O que você fará We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and execute our partner and channel marketing strategy in Brazil and LATAM. In a region where partner-led growth is a strategic pillar, this person will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing joint marketing programs with Avalara’s commercial partners driving mutual growth, demand, and pipeline impact. You’ll collaborate with sales, partner managers, and global marketing teams, and act as the main marketing point of contact for our channel ecosystem in LATAM. This is a critical and strategic role, requiring someone who is self-motivated, collaborative, organized, and fluent in Portuguese, Spanish. English is preferred for coordination with global teams, but local fluency and cultural understanding are key to success. You will work remotely from Brazil and report into the Senior Director, International Marketing. Quais serão as suas responsabilidades Key Responsibilities Joint Marketing Plan Development Define shared goals with partners for lead generation, awareness, and pipeline acceleration Develop and track KPIs for partner-led campaigns and programs Co-Marketing and Co-Branding Lead the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and digital initiatives Create joint content (e.g., case studies, videos, e-books) to highlight success stories and partner solutions Co-op / MDF Fund Management Plan and manage co-op or MDF budgets for joint partner programs Ensure program compliance and track ROI from marketing fund usage Partner Enablement Equip partners with sales kits, positioning guides, product materials, and campaign toolkits Work with partner managers to train and enable partners to successfully market Avalara solutions Engagement and Communication Maintain regular touchpoints through partner newsletters, incentives, and internal campaigns Serve as a liaison between partners, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and activation Performance Measurement & Optimization Track and report on campaign performance, partner contribution to pipeline, and identify areas for improvement Provide insights to optimize programs and strengthen partner relationships O que precisa possuir para ser bem sucedido What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Field Marketing Strong understanding of channel dynamics and B2B marketing strategy in Brazil / LATAM Proven ability to execute demand generation programs and joint GTM initiatives Skilled at working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and partner teams Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills Fluent in Portuguese; spanish, English proficiency is preferred for internal collaboration Familiarity with SFDC, marketing automation tools, and budget management Experience in tech, SaaS, or compliance-related industries is a strong plus A Avalara é uma empresa AI-first AI is embedded in our workflows, decision-making, and products.
