Senior Partner Enablement Manager
Senior Partner Enablement Manager Job Description: Shape how our partners succeed. Scale impact across regions. Build enablement that actually works. Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement, this is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning strategy into action. As Senior Partner Enablement Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver partner enablement initiatives that materially improve partner capability, productivity, and performance. You’ll sit at the heart of our partner ecosystem—working cross-functionally across Sage to drive engagement, embed coaching, and create a clear journey from partner onboarding through to excellence. This role is as much about influence and collaboration as it is about execution. Key Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing You’ll own and evolve our Partner Enablement blueprint, ensuring it delivers measurable outcomes and supports regional business priorities. That means: • Partnering with regional and global stakeholders to define, agree, and document enablement plans aligned to business objectives • Designing and delivering strategic onboarding and continuous enablement programs that help partners perform at their best • Leading partner coaching and performance clinics aligned to our Enablement Strategy and Blueprints • Co-creating skills and process enablement with Learning Services, bringing strong regional insight and partner context • Managing multiple strategic enablement programs simultaneously, ensuring they meet competency standards and partner goals • Developing enablement that helps partners differentiate through the sales process and win more effectively • Overseeing enablement content and assets to ensure they promote coaching, innovation, and real-world application • Building and delivering skills sessions and ongoing coaching for Partner Leaders, with a strong focus on tools, data, and performance insights • Measuring performance improvement, identifying gaps, and addressing them through targeted coaching and initiatives • Reporting clearly and confidently on enablement impact, outcomes, and ROI to senior stakeholders What success looks like Partners are engaged, capable, and confident. Enablement is consistent, scalable, and outcome-driven. Stakeholders trust the strategy and can see the results. Who this role is for This role suits someone who blends strategic thinking, program leadership, and strong stakeholder influence and who genuinely cares about building enablement that drives performance, not just activity.
