Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement, this is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning strategy into action. As Senior Partner Enablement Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver partner enablement initiatives that materially improve partner capability, productivity, and performance.

You’ll sit at the heart of our partner ecosystem—working cross-functionally across Sage to drive engagement, embed coaching, and create a clear journey from partner onboarding through to excellence. This role is as much about influence and collaboration as it is about execution.
