Job Description
• Provide advanced paralegal support to in-house counsel on global legal matters
• Manage and maintain corporate records, entity management, governance documentation, and NDAs.
• Draft, review, and coordinate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Support cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders across regions
• Oversee legal research, due diligence, and document review projects
• Manage legal workflows, deadlines, and matter tracking systems
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals or legal staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, and applicable regulations

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal certification highly preferred
• 7+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a multinational or in-house environment
• Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with international legal matters and cross-functional teams
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Accommodating to Time Zones and Travel –
o May have calls in different time zones, which can be early morning or late at night.
o 10-15% of travel where needed (Domestic & International). • Experience supporting global or publicly traded companies
• Familiarity with entity management systems and contract lifecycle tools, with a broad understanding of NDAs.
• Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory, or compliance matters
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
