Position Summary:

This role is responsible for driving player acquisition through a blend of organic and paid social strategies, ensuring all efforts align with overarching marketing objectives. The position requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in social media marketing, strong team management skills, and a proven ability to deliver performance-driven campaigns that achieve measurable results.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channelsManage campaign strategy and optimization, audience targeting and testingCollaborate with paid media team to align social efforts with broader acquisition campaignsManage budget and make data-driven campaign adjustmentsDevelop and execute comprehensive social strategies aligned with acquisition goals and targetsOptimize organic content strategies to build brand presence and community engagementMonitor performance metrics, analyze data and report on KPIs to inform strategy and improve resultsGrow and develop a multi-person social media team driving paid and organic initiatives within the acquisition departmentPartner with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Creative, Business Intelligence, Product, Business Development and VIP to align social media efforts with broader marketing goalsRun structured A/B tests to improve performance and identify key insightsMaintain and respect confidentiality of marketing programs, guest information and databases.Monitor platform policies and ensure all campaigns adhere to current guidelines and regulations.Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience running paid ads for a mobile app with a strong understanding of app attribution and measurement frameworks3+ years’ experience in paid and organic social advertising for an iGaming company2+ years’ experience growing and developing a teamAnalytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting toolsProven success launching new campaigns and meeting or exceeding goalsForward-thinker who can conceptualize unique campaigns and pitch ideasAdheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the Mohegan Digital and Corporate Compliance, Mohegan Tribal Fire Department, Public Safety, and the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission regarding all social ad placements.

Training Requirements:

Certifications as required by MoheganKnowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and proceduresAppropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems
