We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a 12 month contract in Western Sydney or Brisbane as a Senior Operations Manager. This role involves a diverse array of tasks including managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.
**About the role**
+ Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Advisory & Transactions Occupier team, as required
+ Manage and process invoices on behalf of the brokerage team through CBRE’s invoicing platform
+ Reporting for cost recovery, deals, expenses, disbursements, travel, revenue,
+ supply chain etc
+ Manage and send Request for Information briefs (RFI’s) on behalf of the team
+ Update property availability data in CBRE’s property database MIQ
+ Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
+ Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions
+ Maintain the team’s calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessary
**About you**
+ Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in property is highly beneficial but not essential
+ Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
+ Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
+ Experience in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
