Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Position Summary

The Mailroom & Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing a wide range of operational support services, including mail processing, delivery, copy center operations, and light building maintenance. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment. Responsibilities vary daily based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities Mailroom Operations Sort inbound and outbound mail accurately and efficiently. Prepare outgoing mail using postage machines. Hand-deliver mail to employee cubicles and offices in nearby buildings. Maintain organization and flow of daily mail operations. Mail Delivery Services Drive a company vehicle throughout the Eastman plant using an assigned delivery route. Collect and deliver mail from building to building in a timely manner. Ensure safe driving practices and adherence to company policies. Copy Center Support Print, assemble, and bind manuals, documents, and training materials. Produce business cards and other internal print requests. Operate copy, print, and finishing equipment with accuracy. Building Operations & Light Maintenance Perform light-duty facility tasks such as replacing light bulbs and minor upkeep. Assist with moving cubicle contents or small office items. Support building operations team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned. What a Typical Day Looks Like

Daily tasks can vary greatly based on operational needs. Responsibilities may shift each day between mailroom duties, delivery routes, copy center tasks, and building operations support. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Required Qualifications Ability to lift packages regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Ability to lift arms above head level for light maintenance work. Capacity to walk 6+ miles per day, including stair climbing, depending on assignments. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and accurate data entry skills. Willingness and ability to cross-train and work in multiple functional areas. Flexible schedule; shift times and role assignments may change day-to-day. Strong interpersonal skills and a consistently positive attitude. Customer-service mindset with the ability to work well with employees across various teams. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Previous experience in mailroom, facilities, or shipping/receiving environments. Experience operating mail machines, copiers, or print production equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
