Senior On-Site Service Specialist
**Senior On-Site Service Specialist - Data Entry/Indexing** **Responsibilities:** + **Data Entry & Indexing** + Input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases. + Review documents to extract required information and assign proper indexing fields. + Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all entered information. + **Document Management** + Organize and categorize digital and physical documents for easy retrieval. + Follow standardized naming conventions and filing protocols. + Prepare documents for scanning, imaging, or archival. + **Quality Control** + Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors. + Validate information against source documents. + Escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies to supervisors as needed. + **Operational Support** + Assist team members in locating indexed documents and records. + Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security policies. + Support workflow improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in administration or records management is an asset. + 1–2 years of experience in data entry, office administration, or records management preferred. + Strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems. + Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus. + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. **Skills:** + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships + Strong self-motivation to drive results + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written + Effective use of Microsoft Office + Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary **Other:** + Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors + Office-based + Extended periods of sitting, typing, and reviewing documents. + Handling of physical files or boxes may occasionally be required.
