**What you’ll do:**
+ **Data Collection and Processing** : Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis
+ **Data Analysis and Interpretation** : Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions
+ **Reporting and Visualization** : Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Translate business requirements into robust data products, including interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
+ **Discrepancy Resolution and Quality Assurance** : Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing
+ Compiling data from multiple different systems, generating dashboards and reports on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis
+ Automating data flows, validating data, cleaning data, creating new data pipelines (Palantir), Power BI Workspace administration (adding/deleting users, auditing audience membership), and creating new KPIs to measure the organization’s performance
**What you’ll need:**
As a Senior Network Technology Support for AT&T Mobility, you will be supporting the Mobility Network Operations Center by developing dashboards, reports and charts to show the efficiency of automation, personnel, and processes in support of the best wireless network in North America.

**Environmental Requirements:**
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Senior Network Technology Support, earns between $94,300 - $141,500 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
