Overview
Leads network and engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of technical projects, and successful delivery of ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects supporting key initiatives supporting AT&T growth. In addition, will strategically analyze data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimizing business performance.
What You'll Do
Will guide others to lead to AT&T’s success with project delivering while applying advanced principles and company practices. Typical responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Project Planning and Development: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.Team Coordination and Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.Execution and Monitoring: Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.Data Analysis and Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to solve a variety of business problems, predict behaviors, and identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions. Statistical Methods and Decision Support: Apply a range of advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and uses traditional modeling techniques to support decision-making utilizing tools such as Palantir and PowerBI.Reporting and Business Insights: Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions. Advise business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.What You'll Bring
3+ years applicable experience in both leading network programs/projects through a data driven/analytics approach.Our Senior Network Project Management earns between $106,100.00 - $178,200.00. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
