What you’ll do:

Satellite Management and Earth Station Requirements in Alaska

Maintain transponder frequency assignments, move/groom circuits, make and maintain a satellite restoral plan along with sun outage predictions

Develop new processes, define processing or handling requirements, compile/evaluate test data

Make recommendations and implement improvements

Reviews requirements for compatibility with processing methods

Develops/modifies processes, methods, and controls to meet quality standards

Conducts feasibility studies and recommends process improvements

May provide data mining, reporting, and support to technical network programs and initiatives for network data standards and integrity

Analyze, track, and publish methods and procedures

Analyze data to identify root causes of network problems

May provide process improvement training

Provide technical support on process and compliance

Analyze, design, develop, and document network quality/process improvements

Align improvement to network performance shortfalls

Provide consultation on reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality

Develop network methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for results

Analyze, track and publish network performance and process/quality indicators and results by constructing reports that are geographically illustrative of network process trends and performance

Ensure network process capability, control and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting network standards

Develop network metrics that provide data to measure for future network improvement opportunities

Collect data to identify root causes of network problems

Measure performance against network process requirements

Development and implementation of network performance metrics, process control points and results management. Writes/edits technical network manuals

What you’ll need:

As a Senior Network Process & Quality, you will be responsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of network quality/process improvements

What you’ll bring:

Required Experience:

3-5 years’ experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

Desired Education:

BS degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related network experience preferred

Supervisory: No

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Senior Network Process & Quality, earns between $96,000 - $144,000 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
