Senior Network Contractor Large Groups & Ancillary Providers - Dental (Remote)

Senior Network Contractor serves as a key lead in the Ohio Dental Medicaid Network Build, overseeing high-complexity contracting with large dental groups, DSOs, and ancillary providers such as oral surgery, endodontics, and orthodontics.
This role combines strategic negotiation, provider relationship management, and operational leadership. The Senior Network Contractor ensures network targets are met statewide by driving efficient, compliant, and timely execution of provider contracts. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Medicaid or dental network contracting, thrives under pressure, and has a proven track record of leading large-volume builds.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead contracting for large dental groups, DSOs, and specialty providers across Ohio.
+ Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve network adequacy and meet project milestones.
+ Manage provider pipelines and ensure timely submission of executed agreements.
+ Coordinate with the Project Manager to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues that require client review.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to associates and mid-level contractors to ensure consistency and efficiency in outreach.
+ Track all activity and documentation in CRM system.
+ Represent EWINGS professionally in all external communications, ensuring alignment with compliance and client expectations.
Qualifications:
+ 5–7 years of healthcare or dental provider contracting experience, with emphasis on Medicaid or government-sponsored programs.
+ Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts with large groups and specialty practices.
+ Strong understanding of network adequacy, reimbursement methodologies, and Medicaid contracting standards.
+ Skilled in CRM systems, and tracking high-volume data efficiently.
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution in fast-paced environments.
