Job Title: NetSuite Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a NetSuite Analyst to enhance our systems within the NetSuite ecosystem, focusing on MRP, MPS, and Routings to facilitate efficient operational growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a NetSuite expert with a focus on MRP and Routings/Advanced Manufacturing, promoting best practices across teams.Develop and implement robust solutions within NetSuite to optimize material flow, production scheduling, and factory execution.Develop and maintain project plans, outlining key milestones and deliverables.Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning, and engineering teams to conduct thorough assessments related to NetSuite.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and NetSuite developers, conveying project requirements and expectations.Monitor project timelines, establish accountability, and adjust plans to meet evolving requirements.Conduct regular meetings and generate reports on project status, highlighting achievements and challenges.Solicit and provide feedback to ensure continuous system improvements.

Essential Skills

Experience as a NetSuite technical lead and project manager.Deep understanding of hardware and manufacturing business processes.Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement, supply chain, and purchasing.Strong Excel database skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with NetSuite MRP and Routings functionality.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make decisions in ambiguous situations.Effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders and developers.Ability to prioritize tasks against competing schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Mateo, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
