Ensures the security and efficiency of all mobile applications and devices are running seamlessly. **Major Tasks and Responsibilities** + Oversees and monitors the mobile application performance and integration within the organization’s systems. + Analyzes and reports statistics on all devices within the organization. + Maintains and documents current practices, policies, and provides strategic recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide effective IT support. + Develops and executes test plans to assess infrastructure and systems performance. + Manages and tracks IT assets life cycles for all mobility devices and platforms. + Conducts routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on mobile devices and applications. + Provides advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device-related issues. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. + 5+ years of mobile device experience. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple, and Android mobile platforms. **Benefits** At Saia, your success is our success!
