Overall Purpose: The Member of Technical Staff job family is part of a technical career program designed for employees who are working on new and emerging technologies. Participants in this program apply advanced engineering and scientific expertise to architect, design and develop innovative technologies and solutions in a Research and Development environment for high-value technology and solutions from inception to implementation status that are tied to the strategic direction of the company.

Education/Experience: PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no experience, or a Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
