We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Full Stack Developer) to join our small, collaborative team driving AT&T’s Network Systems Transformation by leveraging AI and machine learning (AI/ML) to advance service assurance and network testing solutions.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will work across both front-end and back-end systems to modernize legacy applications and develop new, AI/ML-powered tools that restore network performance, automate testing, and streamline troubleshooting for network technicians.You will contribute to both existing and emerging network testing platforms, building innovative, cloud-based solutions that align with AT&T’s strategic technology roadmap and support future initiatives.This position requires a balance of maintaining and enhancing legacy systems while continuously applying the latest AI/ML techniques to deliver resilient, efficient, and scalable network testing services.As part of the team, you will participate in an on-call rotation to support critical software, and collaborate in small sub-teams to address evolving business needs, ensuring AT&T remains at the forefront of next-generation network technology.What you’ll bring:
PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no experience, or a Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. ROur Senior Member of Technical Staff, earns between $148,200-$222,400 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
