Senior Member of Technical Staff
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.** **What You’ll Do:** Lead the transformation and modernization of AT&T’s Mobility Network Inventory applications supporting key initiatives across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, including Core Services, Transport, and Access domains. Drive innovation by leveraging advanced software technologies, AI/GenAI, and ML capabilities to enhance application resiliency, performance, and automation. **What You’ll Bring:** + **Primary Focus:** Drive advanced OSS solutions incorporating AI/ML to improve resiliency, performance management, and exception handling of service orders and OSS transactions. + **Secondary Focus:** Lead architecture and development for Mobility network inventory applications, ensuring compliance with performance, security, availability, and scalability standards. + Architect, design, develop, and document scalable, secure, and reliable OSS solutions aligned with business needs and AT&T standards. + Lead technical evaluation of incoming work to define architecture, feasibility, effort, and timelines. + Innovate and implement AI/GenAI and ML-driven solutions to optimize system resiliency, exception handling, and operational efficiency. + Collaborate across teams to integrate frontend and backend components using service-oriented architectures, cloud computing, and web services. + Serve as a subject matter expert during CI/CD cycles in complex environments with legacy and modern systems. + Recommend and implement process and architecture improvements leveraging emerging technologies. + Lead design and development efforts to automate field operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs. **What You’ll Need:** + Strong expertise in Telecom networks, OSS systems, and network domain knowledge. + Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies. + Skilled in architecture, development, and system engineering of scalable software solutions. + Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SpringBoot, Oracle/PLSQL, Git, Python, Shell scripting, Linux, and testing frameworks such as JUnit and Jasmine + Experience with Azure cloud migration, cloud-native application development, and AI/ML technologies. + Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively, with advanced problem-solving and innovative thinking.
