Senior Member of Technical Staff
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.** **What You'll Do:** The Senior Member of Technical Staff defines Technical Test Solutions and ensures alignment; Provide leadership for the evolving network system architectural capabilities of the entire solution. Works closely with other Solution Architects and System Engineers to ensure overall program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives: Facilitates important test design decisions for SAFe Trains, business unit projects & program needs. **What You'll Need:** + Develop technical solutions, system integration, system flows to ensure complete and operatable solutions + Works closely with other IT, Network, Operations and Client teams to ensure meeting of the requirements + Partner with Solution architects, system engineers, development and operations to enable CI/CD delivery model which is scalable and merit quality + Contribute to Value Stream PI events to measure, manage and progress on quality engineering roadmap and delivery outcomes + Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops + Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms + Design end-to-end architecture, define automation strategy, functional and performance engineering tools for different products and applications + Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partners with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces + Validate network technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives + Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others **What You'll Bring:** **_The position is not required to deliver code; however the successful candidate must have:_** + PhD in an approved field from an approved university with no experience, or a Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. + Experience planning and delivering network systems used across multiple products and organizational units. + Ability to define quality engineering strategies for automation, functional, integration/E2E & performance quality engineering services for assigned agile value streams. + In-Depth experience with Agile, SAFe & DevOps methodologies. + Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD). + Experience with public cloud platforms i.e. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud. + Experience with JIRA implementation across projects, programs & applications. + Automation Tools – Robot, Python, Selenium, ServiceNow Automation Testcase Framework. + Software Development Life Cycle. + Software QA & Testing Tools. Our Senior Member of Technical Staff, earns between $132,400.00 - $222,400.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
