We’re seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive technical excellence, and foster lasting client relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead project teams and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision and accountabilityServe as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record (EOR), providing technical leadership across design scopesEnhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processesParticipate in project interviews and represent the firm with professionalism and expertiseCommunicate design concepts clearly to clients, architects, contractors, and internal teamsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and quality servicePresent technical content to clients, internal staff, and at industry eventsMentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development through training and guidancePlay a key role in shaping and refining company standards and workflowsUphold and enforce the project Quality Management Plan (QMP)Perform additional duties as needed to support project and company successQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 12 years of industry experience in building systems designProfessional credential in discipline (e.g., PE, CPD, )Proven leadership experience in engineering and project management rolesStrong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to inspire and motivate othersDemonstrated success in managing projects profitably and efficientlyProficiency in project billing, reporting, scheduling, and resource allocationSolid understanding of financial and operational aspects of project deliverySkilled in Microsoft Office Suite and design software including Revit and AutoCAD
