Job Description

Design and develop automotive mechanical components and assemblies from concept to productionCreate 3D CAD models, drawings, and GD&T aligned with OEM requirementsPerform tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and design calculationsDrive DFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigationCollaborate with electronics, firmware, manufacturing, and suppliersSupport prototype builds, DV/PV testing, and design validationResolve production and field failures using structured root-cause analysisImprove designs for cost, weight, quality, and manufacturabilityExperience in ECU/electronics packaging, sealing, or thermal managementExposure to tooling, PPAP, and SOP support
