We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Product Engineering team, responsible for supporting the Parts and Service Organization and the new Sustaining Project workflow. This role involves engineering activities related to legacy parts, store remodels, and refrigerator display case retrofits. The engineer will evaluate and execute new customer request projects, demonstrating strong engineering rigor, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion.

ResponsibilitiesExecute engineering deliverables to satisfy project timelines.Utilize 3D CAD software to create and revise display case components.Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) and coordinate engineering activities for project timelines.Assist manufacturing in troubleshooting production issues related to product and component design.Ensure designs comply with codes and agency listings (UL, NSF, DOE) and collaborate with external agencies as needed.Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs for customer submittal drawings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process and product improvement projects.Manage projects from end to end, including scoping, resource allocation, task assignment, risk assessment, and project reporting.Handle reverse engineering processes and 3D scanner operations.Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects.Manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Travel to project sites as required for engineering deliverables (Domestic Travel
