As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a technical leader and strategic partner, driving excellence in design and execution for projects that shape communities and industries. What You’ll Do

Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements. Set Quality Standards: Develop and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure flawless deliverables. Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, fostering growth and innovation within the team. Strategic Oversight: Organize technical resources, review contracts, and guide design strategies to meet project goals. Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Drive Efficiency: Champion best practices for project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality. Qualifications

You bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven success on complex building systems and multi-industry projects. Registered Professional Engineer (PE). Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. Expertise in HVAC design for vertical infrastructure (healthcare, labs, mission-critical facilities). Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
