This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services. **What You'll Do:** Develop and deliver projects to support property marketing. Oversee projects from beginning to end including developing and sharing project ideas, soliciting feedback, and delivering quality results. This position is responsible for preparing property campaigns from initial brand development through the creation of supporting collateral such as brochures, websites, emails and presentations. + Manage project communications by leading meetings and coordinating ongoing updates with the full marketing team, internal stakeholders, market leaders, brokers, clients, platform partners, and support staff. + Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and design direction. + Effectively convey creative concepts, approaches and direction to a wide audience, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of objectives and responsibilities, while managing contending opinions and priorities. + Oversee the creative process from initial request to final design, including organizing and creating content, writing creative briefs, establishing timelines, and working closely with graphic designers to execute deliverables. + Self-execute design on limited deliverables and complete revisions for existing deliverables. + Ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables through quality control while managing timelines and expectations. + Develop an understanding of the CBRE platform, technologies, and reporting. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Work primarily within standardized procedures, practices and project management software to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.
