We are looking for a smart, analytical, excited and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive EU paid performance marketing initiatives for Amazon Books.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to think strategically about new customer acquisition, performance marketing and have the opportunity to put those strategies into motion. You will shape, invent, and bring to market initiatives to drive the growth of our business. Based on your analysis of the business needs, you will identify local or pan-EU opportunities, develop the campaigns and own EU performance marketing end-to-end.
The ideal candidate will have high degrees of customer obsession, strong ability to think big, dive deep to bring marketing ideas to execution. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in performance marketing best practices. They combine superb marketing, data-analytics and communication to define the optimal customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, launch, optimize and lead EU performance marketing campaigns
• Identify optimal channel and marketing localization opportunities , including experimentation in new channels and opportunities
• Coordinate cross functional teams and the Global Books performance marketing team to launch and track results of Books performance marketing
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
