Senior Marketing Manager Job ID 232258 Posted 13-Aug-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Marketing Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Senior Marketing Manager (Property Marketing Strategist), you will be responsible for leading a regional team in the development and execution of marketing strategies, deliverables and activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their assets (commercial developments or existing buildings) to prospective occupants and their brokers. This person is not only a master marketer but a prolific storyteller with the ability to conceptualize campaigns and promotional materials independently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and is a natural strategic thinker. This job is part of the General Marketing job function. _While this role is posted remotely, we would prefer the candidate to be located near a CBRE office and go into the office 2-3 times a week._ **What You'll Do:** + Build meaningful relationships with our sales teams and clients, working collaboratively to determine the accurate marketing strategy for their listings. + Develop and present sample materials and go-to-market strategies for large pitches, clearly and convincingly articulating the value-add of CBRE Calibre Creative Group. + Build, implement and track marketing plans and budgets for premier listings and clients—including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, resources, media buys, etc. + Ideate and present property marketing strategies, plans and ideas internally to sales teams (to garner feedback/support) and externally to clients (to secure feedback/approval). + Stay up to date on the latest marketing strategies, tactics and technologies to apply to campaigns. + Act as a centralized subject matter expert on property marketing strategy, disseminating information about process, technology adoption and KPIs. + Lead multiple projects simultaneously with limited direction. + Champion the career development of team members and continual improvement of work product. + Prepare and present monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management and clients, determine optimizations to implement and strategies to pivot based on the data. + Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to empower and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. + Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. + Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of Adobe products. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. The minimum salary for the Senior Marketing Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Marketing Manager position is $135,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
