Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Ventures
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager to join one of British Columbia's most trusted member-based organizations in the insurance and mobility space. The successful candidate will lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of emerging ventures in the mobility and peer-to-peer marketplace space. This role requires the full ownership and accountability for developing and delivering integrated marketing, brand, and communication strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable business performance across these ventures. Other primary roles and responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of end-to-end strategic marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts for Strategic Ventures business lines Own marketing performance and accountability for business growth goals, key performance indicators, and performance targets aligned with the organization's strategic plans Create high-impact marketing materials, proposals, and sales tools to drive adoption and business growth Develop and optimize customer lifecycle strategies and end-to-end customer journeys using a customer-centric. data-informed approach Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and ROI We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 7-10 years of senior level B2C marketing experience with a track record of scaling products or services (with GTM to maturity) and delivering measurable growth 5+ years of people leadership with formal responsibility for managers Proven success in designing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns Financial acumen - budget ownership, forecasting, performance targets, ROI optimization Communication/PR experience Experience with community engagement, event marketing, or sustainability-focused initiatives Background in digital product management or marketplace growth
