Senior Managing Consultant - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, an innovative organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to oversee core accounting and financial operations. This role involves leading a small team, managing key financial systems, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close and treasury activitiesManage accounting and procurement systemsSupervise payroll processes and coordinate with external providersLead and support a small finance teamPrepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with audit requirements and support related deliverables

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership rolesStrong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required; procurement systems preferred)Background in manufacturing or contract accounting is a plusExperience with payroll systems and treasury management preferred
