Senior Manager - Total Rewards | MAF Retail | Egypt Corporate Head Office

 

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Manager - Total Rewards is responsible for implementing and reviewing all existing compensation and benefits policies. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with the design of new policies and programs in order to be competitive with international salary and benefits structures.

ROLE PROFILE

Policies and Procedures
• Support the modification of compensation policies, salary scales and allowances schemes to offer
competitive compensation plans and present them for approval
• Recommend and implement system changes in order to improve efficiency through automated processes
• Ensure the implementation of HC Standard Management system in all countries, aligning procedures and monitoring the proper documentation after the implementation of an audit
• Follow up on internal/external audit findings and ensure that all non-compliance issues are resolved
Job Evaluation
• Review and validate all job evaluations when required
• Prepare job evaluations for senior executive positions, ensure that the evaluation results are in-line with the overall grading structure and communicate the results to the concerned departments
Market Studies
• Coordinate local market studies between vendors and local HC teams, analyse and validate
recommendations regarding consistency with overall compensation and benefits strategy
• Oversee the periodic salary survey to ensure that compensation and benefits structure is competitive
Bonus
• Review the proposed yearly bonus for all MAF Retail employees ensuring its compliant with approved
bonus policy

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Human CapitalHay certification or equivalent is preferred7+ years' experience in a supervisory role within compensation and benefitsHighly organized with strong multitasking skills
