**Minimum qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
+ Up to 40% travel
+ Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify ang engage top talent
+ Experience monitoring talent market trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
+ Experience designing employer branding campaigns that showcase company culture and attract candidates
+ Proven ability to cultivate partnerships with all employees, including executive leadership and key stakeholders
+ Experience tracking and analyzing metrics to drive continuous improvement
+ Proven ability to lead and develop team members through coaching and performance management
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

**About the job:**
The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition role leads multiple teams responsible for delivering comprehensive talent acquisition solutions to specific business units or regions. Partners with HRBPs and Business leaders to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Drives implementation of sourcing programs, including college recruiting and job fairs, while managing relationships with employment agencies and specialized HR functions. Ensures effective utilization of recruitment channels, including internet and print media, to meet talent needs and supply across various job categories.
**Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:**
+ Manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring consistent service and that the expectations of hiring managers and candidates are met
+ Develops and implements the attraction and resourcing strategy based on talent mapping and workforce planning, making recommendations to ensure that the strategy reflects desired outcomes
+ Operational recruiting may require more event management while corporate recruiting may request more pipeline/sourcing support
+ Reviews existing recruitment activity and measures regularly and uses insights to improve talent acquisition policies align with compliance parameters
+ Manages provision of consultancy support for internal teams, advising on a range of resourcing matters and providing challenge and detailed strategies for improving resourcing effectiveness
+ Utilizes data-driven insights and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and achieve hiring targets
+ Guide cross-functional teams, mentor, and drive strategic initiatives
+ Adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws
The base pay range for this role is $127,870.00 to $166,492.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
