As a Regulatory Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating regulatory engagements end to end for Commodities and Global Markets in the APAC region. This will include all First Line aspects of the process, from coordination with internal stakeholders to delivering high quality and timely responses to regulators. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives to enhance our regulatory change processes and embed best practices for regulatory engagement, partnering closely with Line 2, and the other Operating Groups. 7+ years' experience in regulatory engagement, governance or legal and compliance within financial services or a regulated industryStrong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and the ability to anticipate and respond to regulatory changesExceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex regulatory responses with precision and timelinessExcellent project management skills, with a focus on proactive planning and executionDemonstrable risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes and align prioritiesLine 1 Risk and Front Office experience will be highly regarded.
