Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job summary:** The Fuel Systems Project Success Manager will lead projects and assignments supporting the Fuel Systems multi-generational product, manufacturing, and sourcing strategies. These strategies include the continuous improvement and investment in core manufacturing processes as well as leveraging our Caterpillar and Supply Base partners for non-core processes and supply assurance. Project leadership and execution will be accomplished by strong collaboration, applying critical/analytical thinking, and leveraging subject matter expertise in manufacturing/assembly processes and global trends to identify and implement solutions. This responsibility is critical to ensure competitive and sustainable solutions for Fuel Systems products. This role reports to the Fuel Systems Product Manager **What you will do:** + Manage the execution of the Fuel Systems multi-generational manufacturing and sourcing strategy including project definition and leadership + Ensure strategic project alignment with broader business initiatives + Develop strategic partners in both Direct and Indirect supply bases + Coordinate support activities with Fuel Systems product engineering, operations, suppliers, and enterprise partners.
