Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment issuer and partner for businesses with products and services that help them grow and run their businesses. The Card Lending Product Management Team supports GCS by developing compelling products, services and customer engagement strategies to meet business owners’ evolving buying and paying needs. As a result of increased focus, we are recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Card Lending Solutions, to lead the development of our next generation of card-based lending solutions. The successful candidate will be an intellectually curious, detail-oriented, customer-first thinker with strong project management and collaboration skills.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Lead the ideation, definition and evaluation of new features, capabilities and card product constructs
+ Collaborate with key partners to translate concept into clearly defined business requirements that meet customer, regulatory and shareholder mandates
+ Own end to end implementation plan and lead day-to-day execution of key launch components
+ Develop and oversee post-launch monitoring plan
+ Define scale-up plan and success metrics to deliver on business goals
+ The ideal candidate has experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, a customer-centric approach to design, knowledge of the Small and Middle Market segment, and a fluency in Lending economics and P&L management.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 4 years of relevant Product Development, Pricing, Risk and/or project management experience
+ Familiarity of our Small Business Card Products and comfort with Card-based lending economics
+ Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, creating structure and/or workplans
+ Demonstrated ability to influence partners and drive alignment towards shared outcomes
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences at various levels
+ Strong analytical skills, including ability to collect and synthesize data/insights to inform and drive winning strategies
+ Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize as business needs evolve
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
