Senior Manager Operations Initiatives

What is the Opportunity?

The Sr. Manager, Operations Initiatives is responsible for representing Client Acquisition & Service operational teams on initiatives aligned with the Insurance & Operations strategy.  This role acts as the primary point of contact between Operations and Digital Delivery and other business partners to ensure desired outcomes are clearly understood and achieved. Utilizing operational, product and process knowledge to lead initiatives by collaborating with designated subject matter experts to contribute to the vision, design, and implementation of initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence.

The role presents findings, process impacts, identifies business requirements, and shares alternatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, employee experience and cost performance.  In addition, this role leads a team of Initiative Leads who support the delivery of business and digital priorities to CAS Operations from initiative kick off to implementation and steady state. 

What will you do?

Manage a team of Sr. Initiative Leads who represent Operations as a key stakeholder on Digital and other business partner projects to ensure process efficiency and successful delivery and implementation to Operational areas.Manage key transformational and strategic initiatives representing Operations as a key stakeholder on digital and business partner projects from start to finish.Partner with Digital development teams and translate business strategy into operational process requirements, working alongside Process Owners, Business Leaders, and Operations Enablement to develop implementation / business readiness plans to ensure successful delivery through to steady state.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

7-10+ years Insurance or related business experienceProven leadership experience and ability to contribute and share complex information with partners and teamDemonstrated knowledge of tools and techniques for problem solving, data analysis, and story telling (Tableau, MS
Excel, PowerPointDemonstrated prioritization and coordination skills with the ability to work towards multiple deadlineWorking knowledge of information systems required to maintain operationChange leadershipKnowledge of various Insurance business lines (Life & Health, Group Benefits, Wealth)Post Secondary Education in a related field

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00

The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
