Are you ready to shape how large-scale EV charging operations are designed across Europe?

At Circle K eMobility, we are building one of Europe’s most reliable and customer-centric charging networks. To succeed, we need world-class service management and operations processes to scale with our accelerating growth – and we are now looking for a Senior Manager Operations Enablement to take a key role in that journey.

In this role, you will lead our Operations Enablement team and be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving how eMobility operations are delivered across support layers, partners and business units. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and maturing our partner-led Network Operations Center (second line) model, ensuring scalable, high-quality end-to-end service management.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of technology operations, service management, and organizational design.

What you’ll do

Lead and develop the Operations Enablement team, owning process standardization and operational readiness across eMobility products and servicesOwn the design and evolution of end-to-end service management, ensuring scalable operations across support layersDefine the long-term service management roadmap, covering partner vs internal responsibilities, offshoring strategy, and working-hour models.Establish governance structure, service management KPIs, and performance management for the partner-led Network Operations Center.Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to serve our productsWork closely with Control Tower operations team, Business Units, and Product and Technology teams to ensure consistent, efficient operations and operational readiness for new and evolving charging products and related to go-to-market of existing products in new markets, including operational processes for our station staffYou will work closely with our Control Tower team, which runs day-to-day operations, while your team ensures that service management, processes, and governance are set up for long-term success.

We are looking for someone who has:

5+ years of experience from tech operations, service management, or network operations, preferably in complex, distributed environmentsPreferably strong hands-on experience with partner-led service delivery models (e.g. outsourced service support)Experience in defining operating models, as well as documenting and implementing standard processes and working on continuous process improvementAbility to think strategically while also driving concrete implementationStrong stakeholder management skills across functions, countries, and seniority levelsA bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology, engineering, operations, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
