As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Limits Management group in Risk Technology, you’ll serve in a leadership role to help build, coach and lead agile teams to solve complex problems at scale. Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience in agile product development and managing technologistsAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversightAdvanced knowledge of Java and experience of utilizing co-pilot or similar AI development toolsPractical cloud native experience and advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more other technical disciplines (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, including QA automationExperience of communicating and engaging with senior leadership/stakeholdersAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and SecurityFull stack developer experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, ReactJSExperience with Public Cloud & Big Data/NoSQL database technologiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
