Role Definitions:

Leads logistics engineering and planning activities across multiple facilities and functions to provide safe, leading industry technology, automation, and efficient global network solutions.  

Responsibilities
• Determining best logistics network engineering plans to improve safety, compliance, quality, and production / distribution.
• Developing strategic initiatives for the supply and demand network requirements and opportunities.
• Directing the management of engineering teams and capital and expense budgets to optimize the network flow and operations.
• Interacting with leaders to ensure goals are in line with the overall business strategy.
• Leading and inspiring highly effective teams to improve results, ensure compliance, and safely deliver business objectives.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Warehouse Management: Knowledge of the policies, processes and systems of warehouse management; ability to effectively manage one or more warehouses or distribution centers

Additional Points:

Five days in office is required.

Domestic Relocation within India is considered upon approval.
