Senior/Manager - Japanese Unit
Senior/Manager - Japanese Unit Senior/Manager is required to handle business development, supervise AE and Senior AE for marketing activities for business growth purpose, work with other units’ managers for designing new business development and cross selling strategy. What the day will look like Required to work for existing client service as Japanese client relationship manager. Cross selling activity/existing client penetration activity including coordinating with other units in the company Build the strong relationship with other managers of other units in the company in order to create the business development strategy Work closely with Manager/Account Executives to improve existing client service continuously. To cooperate Aon Japan and other Aon offices in order to provide proper service for clients’ global program. To communicate finance, accounting, HR, IT, Compliance depts. Frequently to update Aon internal rules and practice in J-Unit. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in insurance/sales Fluent in verbal and written Japanese Good command of English and Thai Good interpersonal & communication skills Has good interpersonal and presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints Computing Skills and use of common office software - MS Office, Lotus Notes How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
